sbx-omnigent-launcher

An sbx provider for Omnigent (omnigent-ai/omnigent ): run each Omnigent agent in its own isolated Docker Sandbox microVM, with zero Omnigent source changes. Adds a declarative pipeline layer — compose any multi-stage DAG in one pipeline.yaml (planners, TDD writers, competing implementers, reviewers, judges, etc.), with per-agent model & harness.
